Yes you can request to be notified via email or text but we're not able to provide a window of arrival. To keep costs down, we optimize our routes the night before service is completed, which means scooping times vary based on the number of dogs we’re cleaning up after in your area.

Yes, we’re happy to clean with dogs around! We just ask that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during the cleaning. Our team’s safety is very important to us. If your dog behaves aggressively toward our staff, we may require them to stay inside or remove your home from our route entirely.

Yes! After your first visit, we can set up your service on autopay so you don't have to worry about poop OR paying a bill!

All first time visits are paid upon scheduling. If you are not set up on autopay, we bill at the beginning of the month. If you already paid for the month, we will scoop your poop for the remainder of services and then take you off the schedule.
